I accept personal checks, bank checks, and PayPal. If you pay with a personal check I will hold shipment of your item until your check clears.

PayPal - you do not have to sign up for PayPal to use it.

Shipping

Shipping is free/Tax is included in prices.

I will ship your order within 3-5 days of receipt.

Free shipping for all scarves through USPS priority mail, insured, to the continental states.

Free shipping for banners, chuppah, and clothing shipped USPS first class mail, insured, to the continental states.

Please contact me about prices for shipping to other states, countries, and expedited shipping.

Gift wrap

Contact me and I will provide plain gift-wrap and a handwritten note.

Return Policy

Natural irregularities will occur in silk. Brush strokes are part of the design. Allow for some difference between colors as you see them here and real life.

If an item arrives damaged, notify me immediately. Save all original wrapping materials.

I stand behind my work. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it for exchange or refund within 10 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition, unused and not damaged.

All returns must be authorized. Email for an authorization. You are responsible for the return shipping and insurance. Anything lost and not insured is your responsibility.
