As a child I used to play among the laundry on the line. These baskets began with memories of childhood and fantasy. Later the clothesline motif turned into prayer flags as my attention turned to world conflicts and war.

The vessel shape is coiled from the center integrating verticals pieces and found objects. Layers of collage, texture, and paint cover the exterior.
